Born from a love of fried chicken, renowned chef Michael Lewis created his version of "Craft - Casual" in his newest concept "Chikin." As the name implies, the menu pays homage to everyone's favorite dish with a Korean twist.
"Just because it's fast, doesn't mean it it shouldn't taste delicious." With a full menu of sandwiches, snacks and sides - Each bite is the perfect balance between crunchiness and freshness. It's first location opened in Montreal’s newest food court, Le Cathcart, in early 2020 closely followed by locations in Lewis' hometown of Miami in Wynwood.
